This article describes how to make a manual payment to your automatically paidself-serve billing account.Self-service (online) accounts accrue charges and then are automatically paidbased on the account'scharging cycle.

You can make a manual payment to your automatically billed account at any time.The payment is applied to your accrued costs, and, if your payment is largerthan the amount you currently owe, it will reduce your next automatic charge.

Your credit or debit card was declined and you want your services tocontinue running. If your card is ever declined, you can make a manualpayment to continue running your services while the declined payment issueis resolved. If you make a payment by bank transfer or direct debit, youraccount will start running again when we've received the payment (there is apossible delay of up to seven days while waiting to receive confirmation ofpayment from the bank).

To make a manual payment to an automatically paid, self-serviceCloud Billing account, you need permissions on both yourCloud Billing account as well as on the Google payments profile thatis linked to your billing account:

Allow for processing time: Depending on the payment method you select, it can take from 24 hours to a week or more for your payment to reach your account. Payments made with a bank account as the payment method might take up to seven days before posting to your account. If you are experiencing service restrictions and want to immediately start using Google Cloud again, we recommend that you make a manual payment using a credit card as your form of payment and pay for the full, outstanding balance.

If you're on the manual payment setting, you'll make a payment for your Google Ads costs before your ads run, and that payment will be used to pay for your advertising costs once your ads start running.

NOTE: Paying with manual payments is not an option for new accounts in many countries, including the United States and Canada. You should, however, be able to make manual payments on an existing account by clicking Make a Payment from your Google Ads Billing and Payments screen.

Essentially, manual payments are a way for you to pay up-front and have a hard limit on your advertising budget. You can pay $100 to Google and be 100% guaranteed that you will never pay more than that $100 unless you specifically decide to add more money to your account. Once you have money in your account, you can set ads to run using that budget. The ads still run according to your settings for daily spend limits.

There are a few ways you can tweak your payments. For one thing, you can make a manual payment at any time. This will reduce your amount owed by the amount you pay, meaning it will take that much longer to reach your next value threshold. However, this does NOT push back your next automatic payment date.

You can manage payment methods using manual payments. For example, if you want to use a secondary payment method to help with some of your ad costs, you can make a manual payment with the second payment method, reducing the amount your primary payment method will be charged when you reach a threshold.

You cannot, as far as I know, contact Google to ask for a reduced payment threshold. You CAN, however, contact Google and ask for an increased threshold. Google may be ale to increase your threshold, but it requires a manual review of your account.

Google makes periodic changes to the AdWords payment options we accept due to various user and business considerations. At this time, the manual payment option is no longer available to new accounts within your region.

hello everyone I suddenly got a notification that my account is suspended and some fraudulent activity on payment method. I have made no payments to anyone. I have appealed 6 times and have gotten the same answer back. I even called support they quickly hung up.Looks like I am left with no option to advertise on google.
